Processing and Handling of Personal Data (GDPR)
We handle personal data in accordance with the European GDPR Guideline on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data.
How is personal data handled and what data we have:
When ordering a service, it is necessary to complete the registration form, where we obtain the data necessary for activating the service and for billing the service. In addition to the mandatory email that is essential for service activation, we collect the IP address of the subscriber and optional personal information such as name, surname, address, and telephone contact. These data are optional, but if they are not listed, we will not be able to provide the correct invoice information and will be able to contact you otherwise than by e-mail (necessary) to activate the service for payment verification and technical assistance. The order form also generates an automatic, random password that is required when using the service and protects against abuse.
When using the service temporarily (for 7 days), we keep copies of faxes that are stored in a secure server environment that is regularly patched and protected against intruders. Faxes are automatically and irrevocably deleted automatically.
Test fax: On the website, it is possible to enter an email address for the test fax, which we will use once to send one test fax. Consequently, the email is no longer used for any marketing purposes.
In connection with access to the website, the data needed to process and evaluate site traffic (using Google Analytics) is used. Cookies, aggregated and anonymized statistics on site traffic and visitor behavior on sites are processed.
